He's driving Honda's now days I believe, so probably still in the garage

Sadly not at the moment.. it's literally just been moved to a mates yard temporary as I'm looking to rent a unit at the same place but that's for what I do for work not just to play with cars in lol but it will however be the sports new home
Unfortunately I just don't have the time or money this needs at the moment, at least not with what i have planned for it which Includes a 10k shopping basket on the qed website lol

As much as I love the club i'd never tell anyone to spend 10k on a mk3. I'd buy a different car lol Preserve and enjoy it, maybe upgrade a little but wouldnt go mental.

Haha I do own a different car(s) which is one of the reasons this hasn't been started yet? I'd never spend that sort of money on this instead of just buying a nice car first?
But with how long I've owned this and the history of it not to mention the sentimental attachment, I'd happily spend that much on it? Especially when it's for throttle bodies and stand alone management ect? I never plan to sell this car ever so i aim to make it perfect and the best spec i can?
I know to most people it's just a **** old mk3 astra but to me it's so much more than that and totally worth it

Do what makes YOU happy..... I have pumped a fair bit of money into mine but that's over many years and always kept it as a running project (even when I re-built my forged engine it was only off the road while the actual swap took place).
Just make sure you dont keep it there too long so that rust sets in!

Don't worry I will mate because trust me this car makes me very happy! I put a battery on it and switched the ignition on, beeped the horn ect? Loved it!
Unfortunately the rust set in ages ago and is one of the main reasons this car is off the road, don't be fooled lol the shell is nowhere near as mint as it looks sadly

Exactly! Would rather build something thats completely unique for myself then just go out and buy a standard mk6 astra vxr for example?
And well it's outside atm which I'm not happy about but there's been delays with the unit I'm supposed to be acquiring.. at least it's not winter i guess

Long story short I didn't end up getting the unit I was supposed to and ended up getting a smaller one instead that has no vehicle access
So the car has spent the past couple years outside which I'm not particularly thrilled about but it is what it is atm
