8v small block manifolds and other parts. NOVA

Anybody got a 4 branch exhaust manifold to fit a small block 8v.
Can get a brand new one for £120 but thought I'd ask on here first and see if anyone has one rattling round in the shed.

also looking for a high lift camshaft to fit a 16sv carb engine (early astra and cavalier engine) bit of a long shot, I know!

Possibly inlet manifold and carbs for the same engine if the price is right

Other nova parts considered if anyone has anything knocking about

Lol, I managed to avoid it for a while, then I caved in for business purposes.

Personally I don't really get it, as in theory you are only supposed to 'friend' people you personally know, or knew in the past. If I didn't bother keeping in touch with people from the past, why do I want them as 'friends' now? It's all a bit beyond me, but it does come in useful for networking...
